It's quite a simple concept and arrangement of an energetic state that is transferable to literally any experience within the human condition. That is that when you attempt to resist any field of consciousness, there is another field that is generated that is reciprocal and complementary to it. The resistance supports the persistence of this state and vice versa. So if you truly would like to see the maximum of amount of drug deaths then ban drugs or gun deaths then ban guns, etc. Because it is the elimination, annihilation, rejection and banning of a consciousness that eventually gives rise to its antagonist just enough so it can support it.
